Does psychologist poop stink? If so, why?
I’m still listening to Professor Bloom’s lectures. He makes the case that evolution provides the best perspective from which to study psychology. Even the psychology of why poop stinks.
Dr. Bloom makes a fascinating and compelling argument for Dr. Francis Crick’s “astonishing hypothesis,” the theory that all human experience is nothing more than the result of electrical-chemical reactions in the brain.
Every thing about us, our senses, language, rationality, emotions, and the stinkiness of poop, evolved and serve to give us reproductive advantage.
It would be scary to openly support creationism in Dr. Bloom’s class. He makes the transition from renowned psychology professor to religious philosopher smoothly and with confidence.
It is getting deep.
Deep dodo? K.
ReplyDeleteI thought that poo smell had to do with your overall gastrointestinal health. What comes in must go out :) and people are eating mostly corn now a days :).
ReplyDeleteALSO - Psychology is technically not based in actually science. There are no two cases that can ever really be the same case regarding a particular instance because the mind and emotions do not work the way the body does in a most cases have symptoms and rational clean up as well as other actual regarded science.

Religious philosophers should not intimidate or impress a disciple of Jesus Christ. They have empty head knowledge leading to eternal death.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen "eXpelled. no intelligence allowed" with Ben Stein? It is an excellent movie.
