Over the top?

Read Matthew 22:37. What does it mean to love the Lord your God with all your heart? What does it mean to love the Lord with all your mind? What is the nature of your “heart?” What is the nature of your “mind?” Does loving the Lord with our mind include a duty to humbly investigate God’s creation? Does the duty to humbly investigate God’s creation extend to His grandest creation: Mankind? Does that duty extend to Mankind’s mind? If so, one could argue that Christians have a duty to study psychology. If Christ is Lord of all, He is Lord of theology, education, biology, homeschooling, and psychology.
